Dear Customers and Partners,

Amid the COVID-19 pandemic and the repercussions we have witnessed, we have remained fixated on maintaining the health and wellbeing of our employees, customers, and partners.

People-first approach: I say it all the time, our greatest asset is our people. Our people are what define Carousel as a world-class technology provider and make exceptional outcomes possible each and every day. When the virus began to take hold of the U.S., by means of collaboration technology, we were able to update our work from home policies to limit employee interaction and possible exposure. In transitioning our team to work remotely, our business operations remained 100% intact and our remote capabilities were tested and entirely reliable for every single employee.

While we were able to quickly adjust to a remote work environment and continued to serve our customers in the ways they needed, at this time we are beginning to seek out ways to safely return to a “new normal.” We are just now beginning to invite employees back to Carousel offices if they wish to return, the decision is in our employee’s hands based on their own personal level of comfort. We have gone to great lengths to adapt our office work environments to responsibly meet the recommendations set forth by the CDC and have made new accommodations to meet the evolving needs of our employees’ families and children.

While industry events have been canceled worldwide, we are actively standing up additional webinars, podcasts, and remote learning opportunities weekly to ensure we stay connected and continue to provide the guidance and thought leadership you have come to depend on from Carousel. Many of these virtual events involve frameworks that specifically address customer concerns and questions related to COVID-19 business implications.

Additionally, we have launched our virtual EBC Center, a destination for those looking to further explore conversations and technical demonstrations to drive your business forward.

Helping thousands of companies navigate business change is something we have done for nearly 30 years. As we always have, we stand ready to help during times of challenge and change.

We recognize that it can be difficult, and perhaps evening frightening, as we look to navigate this new landscape. Our partnership and commitment to you in ensuring your business remains healthy and resilient is unwavering. We stand ready to work with you in any capacity necessary until this situation resolves and the impacts are weakened.

I personally extend the opportunity to ask my team any questions you may have about your business or technology as it weathers COVID-19. To do so, please call us 24/7/365 at this dedicated hotline 800-285-2502 or email your specific COVID-19 concerns or questions to

I wish you, your family, and your organization continued health, well-being, resiliency, and strength.

Thank you and stay well,

Jeff Gardner, CEO
