CRN’s 2021 Tech Innovators Award 

Exciting News! The Channel Company’s CRN has announced that NWN Carousel is being recognized as a finalist on CRN’s 2021 Tech Innovators Award list.  This award goes to cloud communications service providers who have shown an unwavering commitment to technology that empowers their customers. NWN Carousel is being recognized for its Experience Management Platform (EMP) in the Business Intelligence and Analytics category.

EMP has been praised for its ability to integrate systems reporting with advanced analytics, from core to cloud, to ensure our customers receive the maximum value from every offering.

This annual award program showcases innovative vendors in the IT channel across 47 different technology categories, in key areas ranging from cloud to storage to networking to security. To determine the winners, a panel of CRN editors reviewed hundreds of vendor products using multiple criteria, including key capabilities, uniqueness, technological ingenuity and ability to address customer and partner needs.

IR Connect’s 2021 Americas Award for Partner of the Year

IR Connect held their 2^nd Annual Innovation, Accreditation Conference virtually this year. The remote format meant they welcomed participation from all over the world! NWN Carousel took top honor by being named Channel Partner of the Year. The recognition is for collaborators who demonstrate excellence in innovation and implementation of customer technology based on IR solutions. 

What that means to our customers is our efforts to transform the modern workspace into a work-from-anywhere model has earned traction! One way to achieve this is with the deployment of third-party performance management solutions like IR. With their analytics, we are able to help customers quickly find and resolve performance issues in real-time for on-prem, cloud contact center platforms or hybrid environments.
