What do you consider the best technology?
I really enjoy selling our security portfolio. Any successful sales executive or company needs to position security from a layered or architectural approach, showing how all the solutions can tie together.
What is most exciting about being a #CarouselCrew member?
Each day is different and brings another chance to add value. The people and culture at Carousel separates this company from most others.
What are your top 3 life highlights?
1. Marrying my wife 2. The birth of my two children 3. Being actively involved in their activities

What is the best advice you’ve ever received?
Believe nothing you hear and half of what you see; very valuable advice from my dad. Not getting caught up in rumors and also realizing that things aren’t always as they may appear has served me well.
What is something you think everyone should do at least once in their lives and why?
Confront your fears. Most fear tends to be irrational, but once you overcome that level of discomfort, the feeling of achievement is amazing.
What have you created that you are most proud of and why?
Being able to assist in the construction of my home. Working all day, then finishing projects at night was certainly challenging, but a very good feeling knowing I helped build our home.
