Under Jeff’s leadership, Carousel has grown both organically and through eight strategic acquisitions, enjoying 23 consecutive years of profitable growth. As a dynamic leader of the Carousel executive team, he oversees the direction and execution of Carousel’s sales, engineering, business development, and marketing initiatives. With a relentless focus on customer success, Jim works closely with Carousel services to steadily increase customer loyalty and drive growth across all industries and market segments. Since Jim joined Carousel in 2001, he has overseen six acquisitions, his organization has expanded to over 350 professionals, and the company’s revenue increased over 6,000%. As a result, Carousel has been honored seven times as one of Inc. 500 fastest-growing companies. Jim is committed to ensure that while Carousel grows, the organization maintains its customer-centric mission to create value by helping clients achieve their desired business outcomes. He is passionate about transforming the way customers work and run their business – helping them to connect and collaborate the way today’s IT users demand and to modernize their networking infrastructure. Jason Viera is Chief Technology Officer for NWN Carousel. As CTO, he is responsible for spearheading and shaping the vision of Carousel’s technology strategy to help innovate and cultivate new opportunities for its more than 6,000 clients. As CTO, Jason is laser-focused on continuously strengthening Carousel’s range of services and solutions and ensuring client satisfaction through the company’s engineering talent and masterfully designed solutions. Jason is the driving force behind the launch of Carousel’s Office of the CTO whose mission is to align the company’s engineering talent with customers to advance their business outcomes. Through client engagement activities, The Office is responsible for driving unbiased strategic innovation for both Carousel and its customers. Additionally, The Office vets and adds new technology solutions to its portfolio to provide further value to customers as they continue their digital transformation journey. Before serving as CTO, Jason was previously Senior Director of Infrastructure Solutions for Carousel. In this role, he worked with customers across multiple verticals to address their challenges with end-to-end architectures to meet their business and technical requirements. Prior to Carousel, he served in several engineering and leadership positions for Cisco Systems, Amgen, and Proctor & Gamble. Jason is a Tech10 Award winner, a member of the Forbes Tech Council, and is a frequent contributor to Network World, CRN, Channel Futures, and several other leading IT and business publications. Jason has over two decades of industry experience and more than a dozen industry certifications.

He has nearly 25 years of IT experience and holds an impressive track record of building, managing, and motivating sales teams. At Carousel, he continues to successfully grow Cisco business at record numbers YoY and has been instrumental in increasing cloud and managed services sales. Prior to Carousel, Dan ran sales teams as EVP of Sales for Consultedge and VP of Sales for SPS, both focused in the IT integrator space and nationally recognized by Avaya and Cisco as top partners.

Jonathan is responsible for the sales organization for the western United States where he is hyper-focused on driving strategic growth initiatives and fostering strong customer relationships in those regions. With more than two decades in technology, he is well-versed in leading business transformation and innovation for dynamic sales teams. Jonathan joined Carousel from Avaya, where he spent nearly 14 years in leadership roles around Europe, ultimately running global initiatives for the company since 2014. Most recently, he served as Area Channel Leader where he drove more than $250M in revenue. During his tenure at Avaya, he helped architect and implement tools and processes to drive the global sales transformation program, including a massive Salesforce integration. Additionally, Jonathan has led teams keenly fixated on strategic engagement and customer experience and brings that focus in support of Carousels Customer Success Obsessed mission.
