Brian joined the company in July of 2016 as Vice President, Sales Operations. Brian leads sales operations and sales enablement with a vision focused on consistently enhancing the customer experience and driving efficiencies in Carousel’s sales motion. Brian is responsible for the Sales Operations team, including sales enablement, sales support, pricing desk, service contracts, proposal desk, and compensation design. His teams support every step of a customer’s journey with Carousel—from engagement and proposal to full support of a customer’s contract. Brian’s expertise extends to large-scale implementations of sales and marketing platforms, and he has successfully guided the deployment of operational platforms including a CRM system and CPQ tools. Prior to joining Carousel, Brian was Sr. Director Sales Operations at an IT integrator. He has 15 years of experience in sales and sales leadership roles in the IT industry and holds a B.S. in Marketing from Virginia Tech.
