The EBCs, which house a technology proof-of-concept lab, serve as a training and collaboration hub for business partners and feature rich, ample meeting and working space. Designed to promote discussion and demonstration, the EBCs are a cornerstone of Carousel’s initiative to increase customer and partner dialogue, education, and engage in peer-to-peer collaboration. Attendees in the Exeter, RI headquarters location can also tour one of the company’s state-of-the-art Network Operations Centers (NOC), a 100 seat, 24×7 service center to support customers’ mission-critical technology.
