Results were determined by an employee engagement survey conducted by Energage. NWN Carousel was recognized in the large organization category with operations spanning multiple markets. The survey platform allows employees to anonymously share authentic information about their workplace experiences.
Positive feedback was given across categories ranging from satisfaction with company culture, compensation, benefits, and opportunities for career growth. It’s incredibly rewarding to know that our efforts to create an employee-first work environment have been acknowledged in such a significant way.

The event schedule was packed with exciting activities! We had the opportunity to explore the iconic Statue of Liberty, revel in the award festivities, and enjoy a concert featuring the Goo Goo Dolls! Most especially, we connected with NWN Carousel’s dedicated NY Metro sales team led by John Barletta and Jeff Kwiatkowski.
