WALTHAM, Mass.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–NWN Carousel, the leading integrated cloud communications service provider, announced today it has appointed two new members to its executive team. The promotions of Dan Tassone as Chief Revenue Officer and Erin Jordan to Vice President, Human Resources are expected to drive continued revenue and workforce growth in 2022 and beyond.
“I’m excited by the offerings we have. We are well positioned with the technology and expertise we offer to continue to drive the double-digit growth the organization has come to expect.”
“As we enter 2022, NWN Carousel is uniquely positioned to help companies address their hybrid work technology needs,” Jim Sullivan, Chief Executive Officer, NWN Carousel, said. “The work world has changed and most companies are still grappling with how best to support the hybrid workforce. NWN Carousel is committed to helping them put the technologies in place to be successful and Dan and Erin reflect our customer obsessed mission.”
Tassone, prior to NWN’s acquisition of Carousel, led Carousel’s sales organization of over 100 account executives and played a key role in leading the company’s double-digit growth. He will be responsible for all integration, alignment and execution of the revenue-related functions at NWN Carousel including field and inside sales, pre-sale engineering, sales enablement, and strategic alliances. Tassone consistently grew the company’s profitability, including Managed Services by 50 percent and the Cisco business more than 2900 percent in four years.
“We are on the precipice of doing some amazing things at NWN Carousel and helping our customers reinvent the way they work,” Tassone said. “I’m excited by the offerings we have. We are well positioned with the technology and expertise we offer to continue to drive the double-digit growth the organization has come to expect.”
Tassone will lead a newly reorganized sales organization, designed to better support the hybrid work needs of its over 7,000 customers by delivering from its expansive portfolio of cloud communications offerings, all managed from NWN Carousel’s proprietary Experience Management Platform.
Jordan was promoted from Director to Vice President of Human Resources at NWN Carousel. She will oversee the company’s HR teams, working closely with employees, managers, and executive team members to ensure that the needs of NWN Carousel employees are met. She has spent her career at NWN Carousel, beginning 15 years ago as an HR and Sales Assistant and over the last 15 years has worked her way up the ranks to become the Director of Human Resources in 2012.
“The cloud communications market has grown rapidly over the last decade plus and I’ve had a front row seat to its evolution – but nothing could have prepared us for the last two years when we all witnessed the dire need businesses have for technologies that enable hybrid work strategies,” Jordan said. “I’m excited to work across our organization to develop, retain, and hire the talent to drive NWN Carousel’s customer obsession forward.”
