At 111 Huntington, inside Boston’s iconic Prudential Towers, we challenged ourselves to take a simplified design approach with customers and employees in mind.
We understand that today’s professionals want the flexibility of Hybrid Work while also having the opportunity to interact and collaborate face-to-face in an inspiring space.
The modern office features real-life displays of integrated, secure cloud solutions for hybrid workflows, device management, and easy-to-use visual collaboration workspace solutions. Hardware devices such as touch displays for room reservations, video conferencing systems with QR codes for 24/7 direct support, and custom digital signage are displayed within.
Neat is thrilled to have a Neat Board and two Neat Frames in the Boston Experience and Collaboration Center, giving NWN Carousel’s customers the opportunity to see first-hand how Neat devices support flexible, hybrid work. Neat Board is a mobile 65-inch all-in-one collaboration device that works well in open spaces and small to large conference rooms. Neat Frame’s small form factor makes it easy to move from space to space, allowing it to multi-task as a personal video device for home or office, a virtual receptionist, or a video productivity booster for focus rooms, privacy booths, or pods.
With the launch of NWN Carousel’s second innovative workspace, the new facility showcases state-of-the-art digital solutions that have proven to dramatically improve the employee experience across NWN Carousel and Neat’s vast customer base.
It serves as a national model for organizations optimizing their commercial real estate footprint while maximizing in-person and remote work collaboration for their hybrid workforces. Offering employees, and clients, an efficient6,300 sq ft collaborative design with integrated technologies optimized for businesses in a rapidly changing world.
“The hybrid design offers different styles of collaboration spaces including an open clubhouse, informal touchdowns, focus rooms, and conference rooms of different capacities. Each space is flexible, intended for engagement rather than traditional isolated cubicles,” Brian Ficther, VP of Visual Collaboration, NWN Carousel.
“The office has become the destination for team-building, brainstorming, events, and other collaborative activities. The purpose of office spaces can change from day to day, sometimes hour to hour. Neat devices were designed to address this flexibility. NWN Carousel together with Neat invites clients and partners to explore the Boston Experience & Collaboration Center to discover cutting-edge digital solutions, experiencing firsthand the future of work.
