At 111 Huntington, inside Boston’s iconic Prudential Towers, we challenged ourselves to take a simplified design approach with customers and employees in mind.
We understand that today’s professionals want the flexibility of Hybrid Work while also having the opportunity to interact and collaborate face-to-face in an inspiring space.
The modern office features real-life displays of integrated secure, cloud solutions for hybrid workflows, device management, and easy-to-use visual collaboration workspace solutions. Hardware devices such as touch displays for room reservations, video conferencing systems with QR codes for 24/7 direct support, and custom digital signage are displayed within.
To help enhance the customer experience at the new Collaboration Center, NWN Carousel installed Crestron DM Lite 4K60 Receivers and Transmitters to enable simple and flexible content distribution, Crestron VC-4 software-based control system to create an optimal in-room experience and to command the room, and a versatile wall mount 10.1” Microsoft Teams Panels with illuminated room availability indicators to maximize workflow and productivity in a total of 13 rooms.
With the launch of NWN Carousel’s second innovative workspace, the new facility, showcases state-of-the-art digital solutions that have proven to dramatically improve the employee experience across NWN Carousel and Crestron’s vast customer base.
It serves as a national model for organizations optimizing their commercial real estate footprint while maximizing in-person and remote work collaboration for their hybrid workforces. Offering employees, and clients, an efficient6,300 sq ft collaborative design with integrated technologies optimized for businesses in a rapidly changing world.
“The hybrid design offers different styles of collaboration spaces including an open clubhouse, informal touchdowns, focus rooms, and conference rooms of different capacities. Each space is flexible, intended for engagement rather than traditional isolated cubicles,” Brian Ficther, VP of Visual Collaboration, NWN Carousel.
“We are pleased to partner with NWN Carousel to create a space where customers can experience the future of the hybrid workplace. That workplace must enable natural human collaboration for everyone, while all technologies work seamlessly behind the scenes to provide an immersive and equitable experience. Crestron is a single provider that can enable video conferencing for every size and type of meeting space and we look forward to demonstrating that together with NWN Carousel at the new Boston Experience and Collaboration Center.”
